<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">A high rating from NAAC The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has given SRM University the “A” standing with a high rating of 3.5 out of a 4.0 scale. The NAAC is an organization that assesses and accredits institutions of higher education in India. It is an autonomous body funded by University Grants Commission of Government of India and headquartered in Bangalore. The certification given by NAAC is valid for a period of five years. We have outscored our peer institutions by a good margin” said the Registrar, Dr.N.Sethuraman It is a “hat trick” of sorts for SRM University—ABET accredidation of five under graduate programmes in the Faculty of Engineering and technology, the conferring of the Grade “A” status by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and now the commendable rating of the NAAC. <br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwzO1nBgtHa65t58f6UZb2CmI-Ie5opNpOlhox3lowyklClyhdlTym4yUyJI6f-7onFIFk8_hftLVVhV2Q6LifR44SiPDY8TvDCA0tq6rIQuG5aQJ-nq5kbfBW4nrGjWeAl6y0KPOjgTTP/s1600/naac.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="270" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwzO1nBgtHa65t58f6UZb2CmI-Ie5opNpOlhox3lowyklClyhdlTym4yUyJI6f-7onFIFk8_hftLVVhV2Q6LifR44SiPDY8TvDCA0tq6rIQuG5aQJ-nq5kbfBW4nrGjWeAl6y0KPOjgTTP/s400/naac.png" width="400" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">A member of the NAAC Review team interacting with students </div>The NAAC team was headed by Prof. Gauuri Dutta Sharma, Vice Chancellor Bilaspur,They inspected the various campuses of SRM University between October, 22 and 24, 2012</div>
